The glorious summer weather will continue for the next couple of days, but on Friday evening a cold front will be crossing Denmark from the southwest bringing rain and thunderclouds with it.

Behind the front, cooler weather will be passing across Denmark from the southwest with temperatures dropping to between 17 and 22 degrees.

“We expect rain for thirsty gardens,” says DMI spokesman Jesper Eriksen adding that people should keep an eye on the weather forecast.

But for Thrusday Denmak ill continue to be bathed in sunshine with eastern parts of the country reaching temperatures of 25-27 degrees.

The northern part of North Jutland, however, will be more overcast with west coast temperatures between 15-18 degrees.

Most of the country will have sunny weather again on Friday although there may be showers in some areas.

There will be some rain and thunder on Saturday, but it will remain warm.
