Three young men of 15,16 and 18 who are suspected of killing one man and wounding another in Vanløse, gave themselves up overnight after police had published their names.

“It is good that the three came to their senses and reported in to the Copenhagen police. We have been working with them all night and they will be jointly charged with murder,” says Insp. Hans Erik Raben of the Copenhagen Police.

The three are to be presented in remand court later today.

The two victims of the attack had an argument with some youths at a pizzeria in Vanløse. One of the young men drew a knife. One of the victims was repeatedly stabbed in the back and died shortly afterwards. The other’s hand was hurt in the attack.

Although the man who died was associated with the biker environment, the attack is not considered to have been gang-related.
