The latest figures from Statistics Denmark show that unemployment fell by 600 in November to 163,000 or 6.2 per cent.
Unemployment has been at between 6.0 and 6.4 per cent since February 2010.
Men in particular appear to have been able to find jobs, with 700 fewer unemployed men in November compared with October 2011. Since November 2010 male unemployment has dropped by 9,800, while female unemployment has increased by 6,000 in the same period.
November saw 6.2 per cent of men unemployed and 6.1 per cent of women.
