Environment Minister Troels Lund Poulsen (Liberal) is losing his patience with farmers, following the most recent statistics that show that the agricultural use of pesticides is increasing rather than diminishing.
"I'm prepared to use both voluntary and mandatory methods and will look at all possibilities," the minister said, adding that the introduction of quotas would require 'good arguments', but that an increase in duties was also a possibility.
