Denmark’s ATP pension fund is highly critical of the fact that it has not been informed that the Danish company has, at least temporarily, stalled an investigation into its controversial chemical pesticide sales in Brazil and has demanded that Cheminova gives up its opposition to an investigation.
At the same time, ATP has called for a survey of management and employees throughout Cheminova, to find out whether all departments are aware of the company's politics and ethics.
