The government is planning a break with the principles of Danish social legislation for children and young people with unacceptable social behaviour. Examples could be those who commit vandalism, harass people in residential areas or set fire to garbage containers.
So far the social system has only offered maladjusted young people social provisions unless the issue was so serious that they could be removed from their homes, according to Jyllands-Posten.
