Russia must be made to feel the consequences when it used its military might against its neighbours, according to Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen. The prime minister will be flying to Brussels today to take part in an EU summit on the Caucasus.
"We are going to the summit with the clear view of reaching an agreement on increased cooperation between Georgia and the EU. It is very important to send a clear signal to Russia that what they have done, has consequences,” the prime minister said following a meeting of the Parliamentary Foreign Policy Committee.
