The government is putting forward a new proposal that will tighten rules on parental responsibility, in order to force children to behave and refrain from vandalism.
Among other proposals, Justice Minister Lene Espersen (Cons.) plans to make parents of under-18s living at home liable to damages for vandalism carried out by those children.
