Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen says that while his government will keep to political contracts, the conditions for early retirement - which was one of the issues central to a welfare contract with other parties – is not a taboo issue.
“I would like to stress that the government abides by its political contracts. But I will not short-circuit the process by saying what is, and what is not possible,” Anders Fogh Rasmussen says.
