A new al-Qaeda video repeats warnings to Denmark that it can be the target of terrorist attacks like the one against its embassy in Islamabad in Pakistan in June. In a recent Intelligence review in June, the domestic intelligence service PET said it may not get advance intelligence of an attack.
“Terrorist attacks can happen without there necessarily having been intelligence of an impending attack – that is, they can happen without warning,” the review says in an overall evaluation of the threat against Denmark.
