Genetically speaking, Danes resemble Norwegians, northern Germans and Dutch more than Swedes – who genetically only resemble Germans, according to a new genetic map of Europe.

The map, which has been developed by a team of researchers including two Danish experts from the Centre for Pharmacogenomics at Copenhagen University, shows not surprisingly that the closer we live together, the more our genomes resemble each other.
