An appeal case involving the Danish department of the international tobacco manufacturer Philip Morris may go to the European Court for its opinion before final judgement is passed in Denmark.
At issue are two advertisements that the Consumer Ombudsman in Denmark claims are illegal in contravening a ban on tobacco advertising.
