The Parliamentary Ombudsman Hans Gammeltoft Hansen has severely criticised the Ministry for Integration for failing to inform a Danish-Thai couple of their rights under EU law.

"Overall, my view is that the ministry has not fulfilled its duty to inform you. I find that criticisable," Gammeltoft Hansen says in his response to the couple.
