Councils may be forced buy meals for pre-schools from a central caterer in order to live up to government requirements on healthy food for all children. But that prospect is worrying Professor of Children's Nutrition Kim Fleischer of Copenhagen University.
"I am concerned that councils will choose the easy and cheap solution and get meals on wheels," Fleischer says.
