After two days in positive territory, the benchmark indices in the Nordic region dropped upwards of six percent, with the Copenhagen C-20 index shedding 5.99 percent at close.
Copenhagen's drop was mirrored on the other Nordic exchanges, with Stockholm's S-30 down 5.7 percent, Helsinki's H-25 down 5.74 and Oslo's OSEBX down just over 8 percent. The drop was possibly a result of profit taking and reassessment by investors who have ridden the upsurge of the past two days.
