Finance Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen has decided to withdraw his unpopular budget proposal to re-introduce a Special Pension savings scheme.
“We want the Danes to know that their disposable income is fully available to them, that the tax cuts that have been promised will not be taken away from them and that they will not have to pay into the Special Pension fund,” Løkke Rasmussen tells TV2.
