Final sentence has been passed in a murder case in which a 16-year-old killed a 48-year-old man near Aalborg Stadium. The Western High Court increased the boy’s sentence from four to seven years.
Fit for punishment Prosecutors had called for the High Court to avail itself of the strictest punishment available for young people under the age of 18 by sentencing him to eight years in prison, but the court decided on seven years.
