Bhutan The United States is not the only country to have got a new head of state. Bhutan now has the world’s youngest monarch who was crowned today. He is King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuk, 28. He is now known as the Dragon King and heads a constitutional monarchy. AP Photo/Gurinder Osan
