According to a new report from the Association of Danish Mortgage Banks, the end of October saw 40,000 properties for sale on the Internet - some 27 percent more than at the same time last year.
"There are over 40,000 detached and semi-detached houses on sale for the first time. In February 2006 there were only 16,268 properties for sale. At the same time, average offering prices have fallen, particularly in and around Copenhagen," says Association CEO Ane Arnth Jensen.
