Copenhagen Council and local councils around Copenhagen are close to agreeing on a proposal for a plan to introduce congestion charges around the capital.
"(Negotiations) are going well. One could have feared that it ended up in a battle between Copenhagen Council and the other councils in the region. It's good to see that we can come up with a common solution," says Morten Kabell (Unity) of the Copenhagen City Council.
