Integration Minister Birthe Rønn Hornbech (Lib) is now questioning whether the administrative expulsion of a Tunisian suspected by the Security and Intelligence Service of planning to kill one of Denmark's Mohammed cartoonists, was legally safe.
At the same time, the minister seems in doubt as to whether an emergency bill regarding tolerated residence is acceptable.
