Almost 65,000 properties are currently for sale on the Internet - 17 percent more than at the same time last year. Of these, 41,000 are detached and semi-detached houses, 27 percent more than in November 2007 and the highest number since the Assocation of Danish Mortgage Banks first compiled its statistics on housing offers in 2004.
The increase for summer houses is almost as high, while the supply of apartments for sale has dropped over 10 percent since last year.
