National Commissioner Torsten Hesselbjerg is to step down from his post at the end of the year following an agreement with Justice Minister Brian Mikkelsen.
"Torsten Hesselbjerg has provided a major and valuable contribution since he was appointed National Commissioner in 2000, but we have agreed that in the current situation this is the right decision," says Justice Minister Brian Mikkelsen in a news release.
