A cat in Northern Jutland gave its owner one of its nine lives during the night, allowing the man to escape from his burning house.
It was at about half past two in the morning that the 42-year-old from Aggersund near Løgstør was awakened from deep slumber by his cat licking his face, according to North Jutland Police Duty Officer Bruno Brix.
