Former Finance Minister and current Speaker of the House Thor Pedersen (Lib) has warned the government that the equality proposal put forward by Equality Minister Karen Jespersen (Lib) several weeks ago goes too far, according to Berlingske Tidende.
The proposal suggests that both men and women must be proposed for vacant positions on public boards, otherwise the position should remain vacant.
