Flu hits Denmark

In the past four seasons Denmark has been spared comprehensive outbreaks of flu. But after the Christmas holidays the number of cases in Denmark has increased and is now approaching epidemic levels, according to 24timer.

The first report of the year on flu in Denmark from SSI (Statens Serum Institut) that monitors the incidence of infectious diseases has confirmed the increase.
