A deficit of DKK 4.4 billion at Scandinavian Airlines Systems in 2008 is to result in the direct loss of 3000 jobs and a further transfer of 5,600 jobs to outsourcing, according to Ritzau.
The move will reduce the number of SAS employees by almost 9,000 – from 23,000 employees to 14,000 employees.
