Local councils will be allowed to spend DKK 2.15 billion more in 2009 on construction and works programmes.
One billion kroner will come from council coffers, 650 million from the Welfare Ministry and 500 million from the special council deposits which were instigated in 2006 and were not to be released before 2013.
