The number of unpaid parking fines at foreign embassies in Copenhagen grows and grows each year, despite the fact that the Foreign Ministry has informed embassies that they must follow parking rules in the capital.

In 2007 some 380 parking fines remained unpaid – that figure rose to 469 in 2008.
