Scientists don’t know why, but the number of children with allergies and asthma has stabilised and is not increasing.

Numbers increased dramatically from the 1960s to the 1990s, but levels are now the same as they were 14 years ago, according to a survey from the Allergy Centre at Odense University Hospital.
