Estate agents may be saying that spring is upon us, with an increasing number of interested buyers, but economists of the Ritzau/RB Børsen panel agree: prices are going to continue to drop quite considerably.
More than half of the 44 economists in the panel expect house prices to drop a further 10 percent, while 23 percent of the panel’s experts forecast prices dropping as much as 20 percent.
