Dubbed The First International Conference on Offshore Algal Energy, the conference, organised by Baltic Sea Solutions and an international scientific team, is to investigate the feasibility, scalability, and impact of establishing an offshore algal energy facility.
The conference opens as a prelude to the opening of the Onsevig Climate Park on the Danish island of Lolland which will contain four algae basins as a test facility.
