Five tenants and 30 neighbours were evacuated in central Copenhagen during the night when fire broke out in a building on Valkendorfsgade street.
The fire broke out on the third floor of the building and spread throughout the roof construction. By morning two attic flats had been destroyed and police said there was a danger that two chimneys would cascade onto streets below.
