The financial crisis has hit one of Denmark’s best-known companies Grundfos, which is laying off some 391 employees in Denmark as a result of falling turnover.
“It is never pleasant to have to say farewell to good employees, but it would be irresponsible if we didn’t act at a time of recession in the global market, adapt the organisation and reduce costs,” says Grundfos CEO Carsten Bjerg.
