The Parliamentary Order of Business Committee has expressed ‘severe criticism’ of the Minister for Taxation Kristian Jensen for his handling of tax reform proposals.
According to the Committee, Jensen contravened the Constitution by introducing parts of the reform early, and administering others according to rules that had not been passed by Parliament.
