Copenhagen police have released two pictures of a man being sought to help with enquiries into a violent attack last week during which a Norwegian suffering from haemophilia was struck with a beer glass. The 25-year-old Norwegian later died of his injuries as a result of a hospital misunderstanding.
The Norwegian went to Rigshospitalet – the national university hospital – where nursing staff are reported to have misunderstood his information that he was a haemophile, believing instead that he had said he was a homophile. He was told to take a taxi home.
