Danske Bank has decided to drop its widely used slogan ’Do what you are best at – we do’ as a result of the effects on the bank of its losses in connection with the financial crisis and other issues that have placed the bank in a negative light, according to Jyllands-Posten.
“We feel that it is a slogan that we should be worthy of, and there have been some issues that mean it is unseemly to use it for the moment,” Danske Bank Director Henrik Normann tells Jyllands-Posten, adding however, that the bank will use the slogan again at some point.
