Disorganised, messy and appallingly undemocratic were just a few of the words that Denmark’s Handball Federation Chairman Per Rasmussen has used to describe the International Handball Federation Congress in Cairo at the weekend.
“I had expected the worst and I must admit that my worst suspicions were confirmed,” Rasmussen told Politiken on his way back from Cairo.
