The Parliamentary Auditors of Public Accounts have reprimanded former health minister and current Prime Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen as well as Health Minister Jakob Axel Nielsen for not having secured low enough tariffs from private hospitals.
“The Auditors must therefore reprimand the fact that the minister for health has not made sure that the tariffs have been agreed that take necessary account of the economy,” the auditors say, based on a report by the National Auditors Office.
