Denmark's Climate and Energy Minister Connie Hedegaard says she is content that the world's 16 most polluting countries and the EU have agreed to keep global warming below two degrees, but says that rich countries should already announce that emissions have peaked.
Hedegaard is the Danish government's primus motor in connection with the United Nations Climate Summit due to be held in the Danish capital in December.
