The Foreningen Ægteskab Uden Grænser (Marriage Sans Frontières Association) has decided to shelve its plans to sue the state over Immigration Service misrepresentation or lack of information.
“We have decided not to continue with our plans at this stage. The reason is that we have been unable to collect enough evidence to prove misrepresentation or misleading information to run a class action suit,” Ægteskab Uden Grænser Chairwoman Anne Zaho Møller tells Berlingske Tidende.
