A 30-year-old man from Århus lost his battle with a library return-book machine, got his arm caught in the automat, had to call the fire brigade and can now expect a fine for a late return.
The man was on his way to Norway and wanted to deliver his books at the central library before his lending period expired. The machine, however, appeared unwilling to digest one of the books and repeatedly regurgitated the tome.
