Doctors: Close 20% of pubs!

A new survey carried out by Copenhagen Council says that 33 percent of adults in the council area suffer from ’a risky alcohol consumption’ that will shorten lives by five years and reduce the quality of life by a further four years, according to Berlingske Tidende.

As a result, council health experts, doctors, patient organisations and prevention experts are calling on politicians to reduce the number of alcohol licences in the capital.
