One thing is certain, Elsinore’s Mayor Per Tærsbøl has never set up his own profile on the Facebook social network. Nonetheless a false profile bearing his name and photo appeared on Facebook on Monday of this week, according to Frederiksborg Amts Avis (FAA).
“Claiming to be someone else is slanderous, foul and it is completely unacceptable that someone has tried to steal my identity,” Tærsbøl says.
