Close family members of the Tamil Tiger leader Vellupillai Prabhakaran who live in Denmark say they are not fully convinced that the LTTE leader is dead, despite seeing film footage reporting to show his dead body.
“When we saw the video footage on a Sri Lankan channel and the news, my mother began to cry. From the face, it is certainly him – you can see that by the eyes – he has some very special large eyes,” says Prabhakaran’s nephew, 29-year-old Karthic Manoharan, the son of Prabhakaran’s older brother.
