Organisers of the alternative Climate Summit in Copenhagen, which is to take place concurrently with the United Nations COP15 summit, are warning that a lack of beds, lack of information and a lack of infrastructure may turn the events into a chaotic meltdown.
“We are being flooded with accreditations from all over the world and we don’t have the resources to arrange sleeping quarters and basic information to participants about how it’s all going to take place. The government has simply underestimated this,” says Klima09 Press Chief Niels Fastrup.
