There may not be much space on the pavement outside, but it’s great to begin the evening with a glass of something, standing at the rustic barrels that form the outdoors bar for the new Berntsen’s Ballade restaurant.
Inside, there’s a bistro on the ground floor and a gourmet restaurant in half of the first floor area which looks down on the ground floor. The owners of the restaurant are twins – Alexander and Jonathan Berntsen – who despite their ages at a mere 24, are experienced in the trade.
