At Umami on St. Kongensgade you don’t just get sushi in an haute cuisine disguise, but also one of few cocktails in Copenhagen that specialises in Japanese cocktails. If you want to try something other than the usual G&T, you can go on board one of Umami’s 12 special cocktails.
What’s special about these drinks is that all of them contain shochu, that special distilled rice that combines the soft nature of sake and the power of vodka. The other ingredients also have an Asian touch with ginger, lemongrass and lychee liquor all taking part in the experience.
