Frederiksberg’s cocktail bar Number One mixes freshly-pressed juices and quality spirits just like they did in the old days. You can also enjoy food from the Italian menu, but it’s in its cocktails that Salon 39 takes the prize.
Even the bar is decorated with inspiration from the 1920s and the music is played on good ole records. Salon 39’s conservative style is also apparent from its menu, which offers classical cocktails such as Cuba Libre, Screwdrivers, Planter’s Punch or Cosmopolitan – without straws and other trinkets, but made with professional tender care.
