There’s new management with a love for brown panelling and red lamps at the old butcher’s pub in the Meat Market.
Before the pub closed, Mesteren og Lærlingen was a local steak café for people who worked at the Meat Market. Butchers and potato peelers came by and used it as their local canteen. Things have changed and some DJs and party-makers have changed the relaxed place into a pleasant low-fi den, in what has become a funky Meat Market.
